The car is a one owner car from Pomona California bought to Norway in 1999. The number plate in California was VUT 447 but now it is Z-440. The car had two owners in Norway before I bought in 1999 to restore it. This is originally a 318 car with manual transmission and column shifter. Now it has a 440 bored 0.60 over. The transmission is now a 727 with a B&M shifter. The rear axle is still equipped with 2.94 gear but now the differential is an Auburn limited slip differential. Despite the 2.94 gear there is no problem to smoke the tires even when equipped with 295/50/15. The front suspension is also rebuildt. The manual drum breaks are converted to power disc breaks. The body is restored and finished with a paint job in bright red. The interior is also updated with new carpets, headliners, seat covers etc.
